BEFORE WEARING Wash your Lunnea before wearing for the first time! This activates the absorbency technology in the gusset. This initial wash opens the fabric pores for optimal moisture absorption.

RINSING Rinse in cold water after use (<30°C). Do not soak — just rinse until the water runs clear. You can do this in the shower to save water.

COLD WASH ONLY Cold wash (now or later — though it’s best not to leave your Lunnea wet for too long). Washing in a delicates bag is even better.

HANG TO DRY Ensure the product is completely dry before wearing. Hot tip: skip fabric softener and the dryer — they reduce function and can damage inner fabrics.

Yes! Lunnea period swimwear is designed to be worn alone on light to super flow days, with no need for additional products like tampons or pads.
